COPYRIGHT

Papers submitted for the conference should be original contributions and should not be under consideration for any other publication. Authors submitting papers warrant that their work is not an infringement of any existing copyright and indemnify the conference organizers against any breach of such warranty. For ease of dissemination and to ensure proper policing of use, papers become the legal copyright of the conference organizers, unless otherwise specifically agreed.

MANUSCRIPT REQUIREMENTS

All conference participants will receive a copy of your paper on CD. Please follow these guidelines when writing your technical paper:

Your paper should be no more than ten (10) pages in length including tables and figures.

All papers should be in English . Please prepare the document in Microsoft Word or WordPerfect and have it carefully proofread by a colleague. Please visit www.icpiconferences.org, click on 'Call for Abstracts' and re-enter the site where you first submitted your abstract proposal(s). Please login with your email address and password as you did previously. If you forgot your password, please click on the link to request it and it will be e-mailed to you in a short period of time.

Once you are logged in, click on the submission number of your abstract proposal. You can choose to edit your paper either using Option 1 or Option 2. On the Paper Upload page you will click 'Browse' to find the paper on your local machine. Once your paper has uploaded the system will show you a thumbnail version of the paper to view. If changes need to be made to your paper, you can make them on your version and again upload your paper to the conference web site. This enables you to make changes should you receive recommendations to do so from reviewers after July 1, 2006. The maximum file size for each uploaded paper is 10 MB.

The first page should contain the title of the paper, the author(s) name(s), affiliation(s) and contact details including email addresses, all centered, as well as the paper summary.

In addition to peer review, a CD of the proceedings will eventually be prepared that includes your accepted paper.
