Event and Hospitality Suite Policy

Only Platinum sponsors of the International Conference on Concrete Block Paving are permintted to host hospitality suites at the conference hotel.  Permission from ICPI is required.  All suite and function room space for platinum sponsors must be cleared with ICPI management before the hotel can confirm that space.  ICPI management should be consulted before booking any space in order to prevent any conflicting events.  The platinum sponsor shall be liable for all costs associated with its function.

No company or organization is permitted to host, sponsor, plan or coordinate any meeting, social event, or presentation during any conference scheduled function (at or near the meeting site).  Registrants are encouraged not to attend events scheduled in conflict with conference scheduled events.  If an ICPI member schedules and event in conflict with the conference's scheduled functions this action will be considered a conflict of interest and the procedure followed as in the ICPI Statement of Policy 10.Ethics.
